Use | Inobrodib (CCS1477) is an orally active, effective and selective p300/CBP inhibitor. Inobrodib combined with p300 and CBP, Kd values are 1.3 and 1.7 nM, which has a 170/130-fold selectivity compared with BRD4 with Kd of 222 nM. Inobrodib inhibit cell proliferation and decrease androgen receptor (AR) and C- MYC-regulated gene expression in prostate cancer cell lines. |
